What can we add apart from Honey or can we not add the Honey and its fine ?

You definitely do not want to leave the honey out...it is intrinsic in the flavor profile. Corn syrup doesn't have any flavor. Golden syrup can be used but it’s a blend that includes honey as well.

Hi, what type of chocolate did you use? It needs to be high-quality chocolate and tempered (as per the instructions) to harden.
