On behalf of the children at the local Children's Hospital where we just made your chocolate (and white chocolate) fudge I'd like to thank you. The kids had a blast with your simple, easy recipe and I let them top their fudge creations with various things from mini marshmallows to sprinkles and one child even wanted to put chocolate chips on top of her white chocolate fudge to have, in her words, "the best of both worlds." Again I thank you for making a quick simple but delicious recipe that one can make with children, ok to be honest they did most of the work with the older ones handling the microwave and the younger ones mixing and keeping more of it in the bowls than one might expect. I mainly supervised and for that I bless you. Please keep up the good work so we can have more joy filled cooking experience.

Looks yummy. My earliest memories of fudge are when my older sister would make fudge following the recipe on the old Hershey's cocoa can. BTW, I have NEVER tasted any store bought fudge that is anywhere near as good as homemade. They just can't seem to get it right.

Ha sorry my 10 year old daughter wrote that. She doesn't think americans are lazy because she has seen the work habbits of her parents , grandparents aunts and uncles. She is also driven. She is pretty focused for a 10 year old she wants to own her own bakery one day she makes straight A's in school and she took second place in her weight/age division in the judo state games. So she truly thinks americans aren't lazy. In her world it's true

Félix le Phénix Well we can't get em all to do it but it doesn't mean some of us can't take some time to learn it! And plus most things that you buy at the store have both Metric measurements and English measurements. I really don't get Americans...
@cutelittlebunny210 жыл бұрын
isn't that a lot to ask? we shouldn't have to do everything by american standards because you are american. you can use a converter.
@MyGuineazAreBizarre10 жыл бұрын
cutelittlebunny2 i really don't think it is a lot to ask since most of his viewers are american and i bet it would take a lot less time for him to say "blahblah grams or blahblah cups/other measurements" than to use a converter

You mean the American-English system. Not the system the rest of the English and non-English people use. Buying a tiny digital weighing scale helps a lottt with accuracy while baking or cooking in general :-)
