Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/2 cup grounded graham crackers
1/3 cup sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Haupia Pie:
1 cup milk
1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Whipped Cream:
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar

Maybe cut down the sugar by half then add more if needed. I added 1/2 tsp. salt which will make it sweeter so I cut the sugar way back.

In the video I used Simple Organic but I just found a better brand called A Taste of Thai. It's less chunkier :)
