::Ingredients (based on 2 bottles of 500ml)
100g heavy cream
30g sugar
130g dark chocolate
30g cacao powder
100g warm milk
630g cold milk
Instagram / cafe_jiny
Facebook / junghee.noh.5

100g of heavy cream over low heat, add 30g sugar turn heat off before cream boils, add 130g high quality chocolate to bowl and cover with hot cream, add 30g of cocoa powder once chocolate melts. Mix in warm milk to your consistency then add cold milk when ready to drink.
