I’m going ALL OUT with my Christmas cupcakes this year and making them five different ways! Melting snowmen, poinsettias, Santa hats, Christmas Trees, and wreaths topped with a buttercream bow! You can make any or all of these decorations schemes and I guarantee you’ll love the taste of these cupcakes! Which one is your favorite???

When filling cupcakes, I will often fill a large pastry bag whither decent size opening and pipe it in. I feel like I can control the amount of batter that goes in and it's neater and faster when filling.

I don't have an ice cream scoop, but find that piping batter into cupcake liners (whether that's with a piping bag or ziplock bag with a hole in it) works well!

It’ll be easier to fix buttercream makers stakes if you let the first layer get hard in the fridge then pipe on top

Hands down, my favourite is the Christmas tree! There’s so much detail and colour. I think I’ll be making those next time I bake, to mark the start of getting into those colder, darker days ☺️🎄🧁

I use a large tip piping bag to fill my cupcake tins. I do that for baked donuts too

Another good way to get cupcake batter in the cups the easy way, I use a plastic squeeze bottle (sort of like a ketchup bottle).

OMG!!! How very, very beautiful !!! In all the years I've bee looking at people make decorations, I've NEVER seen anyone do as beautiful a job of decorating. You actually have shown HOW to do the procedures...Just so beautiful!!! 1000 thumbs up for you, young man. Thank you your your wonderful baking and artistic abilities, and a big squeezy hug to you. My grandson has a very wonderful partner who is an excellent cook, and he is "in charge of the kitchen," as he likes to state. And, that's okay with my Grandson because as he say's, he will load the dishwasher any time, and do kitchen clean up. They are both young professional's with University Degrees, and doing quite well for themselves. Again, I must say, Thank you for the wonderful work you do.

I used to hate baking cupcakes only because of the hot mess I make trying to get the batter into the tins even with the scoop! But that was before o got that wilton filling nozzle! Seriously get one! It is a game changer!

This is SO cute! I always love your work. I just recently bought tiny chocolate chips that are color covered, so they will be "tree" ornaments soon. (Also doing a HUGE wreath of cupcakes on a "crawfish" tray for X-mas day. I got red sixlets for berries!)

You can use the egg 🥚 shell to catch the yoke, then tilt the egg white into your bowl- that way you don’t get your hands dirty, it’s easier. Just a heads up.
