Hi barrifemmers! i am back today with another Iftar recipe!Philly inspired cheese steak and ofcourse adding my Gambian vibe to it. Try my method of cooking this delicious steak cheese sandwich filling.I made a homemade cheese sauce to accompany it with the steak stirfry. Sometimes its a matter of adding vegetables and eating it with rice.
