It's even easier to do them on flat sheets of paper. No need then to worry about bending or tearing as you roll them and you can even use small wooden pieces or buttons...that won't bend. I do mine on tracing paper, cut into three inch wide strips and then folded like an accordion. They lay flat and are easy to store and I don't have to unwind a long roll to find the one I want. (I leave them in 12" long strips so there are 4 collages to each 3" x 12" piece.) Just another suggestion.

How much i love this little guys🥰 especially because are on the strips - i made so many clusters like this, but never thought to have a base. And of course, beside my bujo and a few paper clips, i didn't use them, because i didn't know what to do. I love parchment paper, is already vintage and the noise is yummy 😁. Now i think autumn and Christmas for this rolls 🥰 Thank you so much for making me using the scraps stashed in 3 boxes. What a great idea, your little collages are beautiful! I absolutely love those washi tapes as well. I would caution against using receipts as they usually contain BPS which can be absorbed by the skin and is unhealthy, any thermal printed paper is not good to handle a lot. Glad I stumbled upon your video, it was very inspiring!💕🇨🇦

These are so much fun! You could do a few of them with different themes. I love the top down glueing method. It's easiest for me but I still will take a picture because I will sometimes knock it before it's all glued. My klutziness is part of my charm.

I love this tutorial... It's so affordable and you can do so much with it. I'm from Serbia and I don't have access to most of the products that you use or I can afford them, but this is fantastic. Wow so beautiful, love the new ideal of making collage rolls on different sheets of paper or tape rolls, I have many receipts that I've kept for returns , and never did cause I loved what I purchased, but just loved how long the receipt are LOL,,,, and could not throw them in the trash, so now looking @ your tutorial my receipts will have a new place to live!!!! Literally laughed out loud when you said, "Although it is fun to just hoard these!" SO TRUE!! I too am obsessed with making these. They are addictive, definitely, and just so much fun. Yours are really beautiful and you make it look so easy! I think I have too much to choose from so in the future I'm going to follow the tip by a fellow crafter and LIMIT the choices, or maybe sort things by color.
