What temperature would a simmer be over low heat 82 to 88 degrees Celsius. I tried doing condensed milk a few days ago but it didn't turn out good. Don't think i had the heat high enough. I did mines on electric gas mark 1 for 40 mins. Any help would be welcome. Regards, Mark.
