Dough Ingredients:
50 ml water
50 ml milk
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
40 g unsalted butter
60 g flour
2 eggs
Custard Ingredients:
260 ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
60 g sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
45 g butter (added at the end)
Glaze Ingredients:
40 g semi-sweet chocolate
35 ml hot heavy cream
½ tsp butter
