I love you all and hope you enjoy this delicious recipe! A lot of you ask me how did I learned how to cook, let me tell you that a lot of the recipes I shared are from my moms kitchen! I’m fortunate enough to have her and she was fortunate enough to have my grandma and her grandma! After I have the ingredients and the steps to the recipe, I take one day and use it to measure everything so I can share it with you guys! If you grew up in a Mexican household you know how our Mexican moms measure everything, un poquito de esto, una pisquita de sal, lo que agarre dos dedos and so on... never an exact measurement and that’s how I learned! Claudia Regalado im so glad I've found your channel, you have shown me different ways to marinate meats that i have not seen or heard of before. I can not have any fried meat health reasons not high cholesterol either Cancer. It effects my digestive system different than other people. And I can tell you that baking meat done correctly is just as good, to get the crispiness i broil for 5 7 minutes after baking. Just glad that I can still eat my HOT stuff. And I can't wait for the next time I bake chicken cause I bet anything that the mustard is going to make it good. Tried mustard in a meatloaf and it was the best meatloaf I have ever made. And yes teach your daughter now that way she can take over cooking and give you a break. And she'll know how to cook all her life, and think about you every time she does.

Wow! I made this today for my family. It was delicious! I got to admit. I was a little hesitant on marinating the chicken with the mustard, but when I saw your daughter's reaction to the chicken test. I knew I could pull it off with my kids. Kids don't lie. 😆 Oh and the sauce was good, not spicy. One of my youngest kids doesn't really like spicy, but today he cleaned his plate. I got 2 thumbs up! Thank you💗

I made this tonight for dinner and it was a hit! I followed the recipe step by step but I did add the chipotle pepper in adobo sauce for a little kick. It was delicious! I will definitely make this again. Also that marinade with yellow mustard sauce made me a bit nervous but my goodness it was delicious and you definitely did not taste the mustard. My 2 year old daughter loves the flavor of chicken without the chipotle of course. Thanks again for sharing! Many blessings to you all 😊

It's so fun to see your kids helping you now. I know sometimes as a mom it's just easier to do it yourself, but spending time with our children and letting them help is quality family time. It's nice to see all your videos. I've been watching you for awhile now and I enjoy your videos. One thing I find funny is that you are like I am with chicken and meats.
