How to Make Chipotle Chicken Salad Bowl

Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best chicken salad bowl, salads have never been so tasty, that even your kids will enjoy it! I’m so excited to share it with you all! Pots used in this video- calphalon
Ingredients:
-For the chicken marinade:
2 lbs chicken breast
2 chipotle peppers and 1 tbsp of adobo sauce
1/4 white onion
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Cilantro Lime Rice :
1 c white rice
1/4 white onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 bunch cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 3/4 c water
3 tbsp oil
Salt
-1 can of corn, my favorite is the Southwest with poblano and red pepper but I couldn’t find any so regular corn will do
-1 can black beans or your choice
-Leaf lettuce
-And your choice of toppings: I used

Mexican shredded cheese
Sour cream

Maria Rodriguez I’d say 45 minutes to cook and put everything together plus the 2 hours of letting it marinate in the fridge before cooking.
