if you know me, you know pasta is my weakness! so trust me when i say this spicy spaghetti is to die for! if you love chipotle, you love spicy food and you are a sucker for a good creamy pasta this recipe is for you! you will love it!

1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
8oz spaghetti
SAUCE:
7oz can chipotle peppers in adobo
2 roma tomatoes
1/4 onion
1 large garlic clove
1 tsp knorr pollo (chicken bouillon)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup pasta water

So delicious!! 😋 I've made it twice since then and came back to the video today because I'm making it tonight. My family loves it and asks me to make it😊 I only used 1-2 peppers. Most of us can't handle that much spicy-ness.😄 Thanks again!

Do you have a suggestion on substituting the mushrooms? What can I add instead of mushrooms. I like mushrooms but my husband doesn’t smh 🤦‍♀️

definitely runny nose and sweaty forehead spicy lol but just add a couple peppers at a time until you have your desired spiciness. 😊
