Perfect fall treat. Our church is having a chili cookoff for a fall festival. I am going to use your recipe. The only thing that I will do different, I will buy a Costco rotisserie chicken. I shredded it up and those juices in the bottom of the container go right in the soup. A few years ago, I made white chili and entered it in a company cook-off and I took first place. We are lucky to live in the west, and we buy fresh roasted Hatch's Green Chilies from New Mexico. They are the bomb. Thanks so much for sharing!

Maybe its the brand, but I find canned Great Northern beans keep their hard shell no matter how you cook them. I would suggest cannellinis for a creamier, thicker consistency.

When i make this, i also add french fried onions and cheddar or queso fresco, whichever i have on hand. French fried onions are super easy to make at home if you have a spiralizer
