Omg thank you for this!! Finally a recipe that uses the whole egg. All the others I found only used egg yolk (and yes, I know that is the typical yema recipe) but I hate having to set aside the egg white and think of something to use it for at the time so that it's not wasted.... Thanks again!! 😄😄

The frosting is fantastic but you didn't show us how and where we can use it. I'll be very glad to tell me this. Thanks for sharing dear. About this frosting, we use it for filling and covering the cakes. If you noticed the cake next to the frosting in the photo we sprinkled the top of the cake with grated cheese and we called it yema cake in my asian country. You can also use this frosting for the donuts filling or any custard cream cake recipes.

Mga ilang araw kaya tatagal sa ref? Para gamitin ulit sa sunod na cake.. Hindi ba maapektuhan ang lasa pag nai ref? Thank u

Try nyo po n low fire lang po sya lutuin pra hindi po mag curdle agad. Then sift po nila after pra maiwasan ung lumps kung meron man :)
