Just tried this recipe. Only thing I would add is a mixture of ginger and garlic with sautéing the vegetables to add more flavor. I also added a mix of honey and soy sauce to the mixture and it really helped the flavor.

It's actually a mistake to put fried ingredients on contact with tissue paper when being dried. When they get in contact in the tissue while drying, the oil is evaporated due to the heat of the potato and it becomes soggy even if you double fry.

I totally just made these after seeing this video yesterday! I modified the recipe (no onion, 1 bell pepper, and 4 cloves of garlic) and they turned out great! awsome recipe! I got to try it out today. it was delicious and worth the wait :3 just one tip for whoever is cooking : dont forget that the filling is fully cooked, so the frying part is just to crisp up the outside. if it fries for too long it will break apart (I had a few come out like that ^^') but awesome recipe and a awsome snack!

If you're speaking Japanese, then the word for it is 'korokke' ( コロッケ) which is when it's pronounced like crow-kay (more like 'koh-ro-ke' but close enough').

I don't know if you could do much for "Madagascar", let alone the spin-off series "The Penguins of Madagascar", but I dare you to try making seaweed on a stick, Circus Borscht, and King Julien's Tropical Mood Smoothie (FYI, the lemur king seems to like twice if not three times as many tropical fruit ingredients in his smoothies then the norm, so it might be tricky to get it all in and still get it tasting right, but it includes mango, guava, coconut, kiwi tamarind, peanut butter fruit... which you can substitute with real peanut butter... and just about as many tropical fruits as you can name).
