Dosakaya pachadi.
1" medium size cucumber.
Peel skin.
Cutting.
Chopped cucumber.
Perfect.
Keep it a side.
Add the lemon size of tamarind in a bowl.
Water.
Keep it a side.
Stove on pan.
1" small cup ground nuts.
Roast.
Transfer the fried nuts in a plate.
Keep it a side.
Add the 1" tbls ' oil in a same pan.
25" red chillies.
Roast.
1" tbls ' of coriander seeds.
1" tbls ' cumin seeds.
Roast.
Transfer the fried red chillies in a plate.
Keep it a side.
Pachadi prepare.
Add the fried nuts in a mixture stone.
Crush them.
Add the fried red chillies.
1" tbls ' of salt.
5" ps' garlic.
Add the soaking tamarind.
Add the chopped cucumber.
Grind into a fine paste.
Add the cucumber seeds.
Mix well.
Remove the cucumber paste in a plate.
Keep it a side.
Stove on pan.
1" tbls ' of oil.
1" tbls ' buy seeds.
8" ps' crush garlic.
Roast.
3" red chillies.
Curry leaves.
Add the cucumber paste in a pan.
Add the salt to taste.
1" chopped onion.
Mix well.
Cucumber chutney is a ready.
