yeah, keep the battery banks outta direct sunlight, even if it's a solar powered one. if they get too hot they'll stop working.

@@Tammy_Talpas just leave it out for the mimimal time it takes, see the insturctions if it has them. i burnt a new unit out by leaving it out all day, i figured since it was solar that would be okay, but i read the paper in the box & saw my error. --see in the vid how she covered the unit, you can keep it out like that after it's fully charged. the newer ones dont take long to charge, like the older models did.

I took an old refective car windshield protector and cut it up and made sleeves for the batteries. It’s working so far. Also, I place the the batteries in the shade.

I bet a lot of people will be thanking you for that tip. I haven’t found jumbo straws anywhere. I’ve found what they are calling jumbo. They are LARGER, than the regular straws but not the lovely large ones people can be seen using drinking their smoothies on TV. LOL we don’t have Del taco where I live. Fill one of those $tree cups with water, sit it by your kitchen sink for an hour. See if you can stand the tadte and smell enough to take a drink. No food safenumbers on these tumblers and much cheaper quality than before the price changing. Older ones don’t stink or change taste.

Hey…USE A HAIR DRYER TO REMOVE STICKERS 💪👍just hold for 20 seconds or more depending on sticker strength… the heat causes the sticker to PEEL OFF … love your post💦💧

Can you make a fountain that is solar and electric at the same time so you can choose without pulling it apart? My other idea is a solar fountain with two solar panels facing opposite directions to catch the Sun all day, but I'm not sure how that would work?

Robbie the Walmart Humming Bird feeders are so easy to maintain and the hummingbirds love them I have two right outside kitchen window and three in my back yard I keep having a problem with the red headed woodpeckers going to the feeder in the backyard They land on it tip it and drink and spill sugar water all over the feeders. Worried about the hummingbirds landing on the feeders and getting stuck or getting the sugar water on themselves Do you have any suggestions

Yeah a 10 k only last like 24 hrs so it be best to turn off at night but I'm gonna get a 20k b cuz I don't want to be messing with it all the time b cuz mines is on the ground close to the hummingbird feeder and I garden so by night time I don't want to be bending over at the end of the day lol
