Hey man Im having trouble importing the new DDS file. When trying it out at first i did a simple black billboard and it worked, however, then i customized a really nice one to put in my server but it does not let me replace the textures in texture tool. Any idea why?

@@capjoan I can't seem to get codewalker to work for me. It says it needs a hard copy or something like that. Like an actual software disc. It doesn't recognize the digital downloads for some reason.This stuff is so damn interesting and I would love to learn it but hampered by not being about to get Codewalker . Any ideas on what I maybe doing wrong?

@@capjoan Yeah I do its a steam version. Because it is a steam version or digital version I don't think codewalker will work for me. Not sure if I am right about that or not. I looked into this before, I was hoping it had changed.

Tutorial was a little misleading in the beginning yet still informative enough to get the job done. Solo research needed making the video mildly inconvenient for the viewer causing mild stress and wasting minor amounts of time 7/10 Kinda worked maybe, not done yet.

it didn't work for me in the files it shows my logo but in game the original still overlaps it i can see it for less then a second nvm just fixed it

Some posters have a "night lod" you will have to search for it and change the texture on it.

In some objects it happens, I am not sure why still trying to figure it out.

@@capjoan It's because some of the object have 2 textures. One when you are nearby and one when you are far away it make the player unload the texter to another one who is not like heavy

@@TechnoOnFPS use OpenIv instead. Create a folder on your game reportories once it's done put the files in it. With OpenIV activate the edit mode once it's done right click edit the files then delete the one you want to replace and put the same name on the one you want to use once it's done save then put in the stream folder and it should work great !
