Very usefull, it was a bit tricky because my publisher is on centimeters but I did the conversion and it whent pretty soomotly after all the conversion. Well done very good guide lines. Thanks a lot iI am very gratefull for your video =) keep on the good work

I was so happy, here is a video showing me how to make a business card. But I just want to use a template so 🤷. Do you have any step by step using a business card template?

Hi Sarah, check out vistaprint.com They have thousands of templates available and you can set up your card in 15-20 minutes. Their prices are not too bad either, and shipping is pretty fast.

Hi again. I have just tried the way you describe for one side of my card, however, the cards are coming out two small. Can't seem to work out why. I have the margins set exactly as you stated. Help!

Hi Jay, there are a couple reasons why your cards might come out smaller. First, when you go to print you will want to make sure your print driver is set to “full-page” and NOT “fit to page.” In the advanced settings you could possibly have the scale set to less than 100%. Another possibility is that your printer could be set to scale the print image down as well. If you would like you can go to the Page Setup... menu and take a snapshot of your screen. Then open your print driver (file>Print), and go into “Print Properties” and take another snapshot of that. Then you can send me the snapshots via Facebook (facebook.com/andrewbreaultyoutuber) or an Instagram direct message at instagram.com/Andrew.Breault I will take a look and see if there is any settings that can help if changed.

Well, I work in a print shop so I have access to an industrial hydraulic cutter capable of cutting through 250 sheets of card stock at a time. 😁 However, you can pick up a rotary cutter from an office supply store and cut them that way as well. For small projects that is usually the easiest way to go.

Hey @Taffy Jones sorry for taking so long to get back to you. Took a little break over the holidays, but it is good to be back. For business cards I usually stick with 12-14pt font for the name and 8-10pt font for info like phone numbers and email address, etc. This really depends on the font face though. I cannot get your preview printing setting . I have put in all the same number's in the settings . Do you know what I could be doing wrong ? It's showing like scaled down about 10 times In the preview?

When you go to File>print the set up page will have a drop down that asks if you want to print one per page, many per page, or multiple pages per sheet. You want to choose multiple copies per sheet (not multiple pages or single page). Hope that makes sense! If you have the setup correct it will display it in the preview
