How to Make Custom Center Console Electrical Panels - Boston Whaler Montauk Part 10

In this video I go over how I made these DIY custom panels using CAD software. I also cover the wiring and go over how to wire the console in a modular fashion for ease of maintenance.
The consoles are done in a retro mod fashion. I do have the original panels but wanted the convenience of a modern console and electrical system. So this was a bit of an adventure using libreCad to design the panels I needed and a service "Send Cut Send" That does custom CNC, water and laser cutting as well as coatings. In this case, I opted for the crinkled anodizing on aluminum panels and am beyond pleased with them!
I'll include links to the cad drawings I used but will provide fair warning. The hole for the control to relay switch was too small, so I had to use a burr to open it up some. Also the components are too far apart, so you should modify the drawings or be prepared to open up the console to fit better.
