Instead of hot glue, I take small velcro pieces that have adhesive. Works like a charm. Laminate sheets work great! Or I will print out in adhesive labels!

Hi Cas, thanks for putting this kind of life-changing surgery on my radar. I have been overweight / obese my whole adult life, and while I was making good strides on weight loss pre-pandemic, I've now gained fifteen pounds twice (once at the end of a majorly stressful time, and once after the stupid pandemic hit that derailed my recovery from the stressful time). I just want to have energy again, and for my body to stop hurting.

I use Canva to illustrate children's alphabet books and to design the mugs I sell, but I never even considered using it to make labels! And I love labels!!! Thanks for opening my eyes to a new use for this great app! Also, you look FABULOUS! My sister (a doctor) had offered to refer me for gastric bypass surgery and I turned it down. Seeing how awesome you look makes me regret my decision. I hope HGTV sees the benefit in giving you a full season. I loved each Hot Mess House episode you did! Fingers crossed for you!

I had to recently use Canva to make an infographic for my Health class in college. The program is great but unless you buy a subscription then you can’t get access any of the good elements or photos. The subscription was too much for me. I utilized the feee subscription and the cancelled the next day.

I will say laminating with packing tape is actually useful like... It works! There will be lines on whatever you make tape-shiny. If you can deal with that tape will be your best frien ^^
