This is awesome! I love your tutorials and thanks to you I’ve been inspired to do SFM as well, which I’m currently doing and is going well. They have been really helpful! I have one question about the inkling and octoling models, I’ve been trying to find a way to give them from long pants, since all the models just have shorts. Is there a way to change that?

@@Faloliver Hey, so i tried dragging the skin tone I wanted to use and it doesn't bring up the image just like at 1:51 , it just brings up codes, is there a possible solution to this?

@@Agent__3 Oh yeah. There's only one skin texture, the other ones are pieces of code telling SFM to adjust the color. It's probably called inkling_girl/boy_body.vtf. Even though it's the lightest skin tone, when you apply it to other tones inside SFM, it will be the correct one. Basically, it's only that file and it's used for all skin tones. Hope that makes sense :)

Yeah, you should be able to. But you might run into an issue or two.

im in props splatoon but theres no textures there. i looked back and i dont have all the folders for the different props like inkling or octoling, instead it brings me to the folders with the models for them, like inking_girl_alt .mdl for example, no vtf files.

You are probably looking in the wrong folder. There is more than one props_splatoon folder. Check the video again and make sure you don't miss anything.
