Just a tip for you guys to try when painting sculpts, I use a thick layer of Liquitex Gloss medium Varnish on my sculpts before painting to help cover up any marks or blemishes etc. Works well as a primer before using actual paint

I’m not old enough for my parents to trust me with sculpting so what I do is put sticky tack on the fig in the shape I need it to be then I spread super glue on top of the sticky tack then paint on top of it so there’s a tip for anyone who can’t use putty like me

Painting webslingers will probably be its own video one day - but just go very slow, keep your design organized, & use very tiny amounts of paint for each line of webbing

I like making figs look official but for characters like Mario, this would’ve been helpful. If I had epoxy and if I knew I could build off of a round plate. I used polymer clay and used a rod so it would stick onto the head. It took multiple tries.

Personally sculpting is also not one of my strong points, so I try to make my figures with as little sculpting as possible. I find other ways around it and only when it's absolutely unavoidable is when I do it.
