How to make CUSTOM LEGO MINIFIGURES with 0 experience

I am creating custom Lego Minifigures now for around 10 years and I thought I will give you here an ultimate beginners guide. It is a toutorial only about colours. Sculpting will be shown in a next video IF this video gets 100k views.

I've tried to make a custom minifigure of Vinny (cameraman from ninjago) but when i put the cap on or moved the arms the paint was removed. So i tried with markers but it did the same. Do you have the same problem ? Cause my paint ain't that cheap so idk what's wrong

well the friction around the arms is very high - I removed some plastic to create a little space that is the only thing I can do - and yes, I face the same problem...
