@jenilee.thepioneerhome - Hi can you tell us the proportion of cranberries and honey and oil and salt? Also, if we buy fresh cranberries in bags at the store do we just freeze those in the bag and then take them out and cut them like you were doing or do we need to blanch before we freeze?

It's one bag of fresh cranberries, usually about 12 ounces, drizzle olive oil (about 1 tablespoon) and a sprinkle of salt. These are not sweet. If you want sweet add sugar. If they are fresh, you can just cut or chop them and dehydrate them. If you are using frozen then cut them while still firm.
