Love this! I just popped three bags of cranberries in my ancient dehydrator. Hoping for the best! I can't control the temp on this one, but I think it is usually 'low and slow'! If they aren't a success, the birds will enjoy them! This is the perfect time for this project - they are only $.99 a bag! Thanks for the inspiration!

Hi) I’m working on the cranberries and am so excited! I am wondering why time string you used to make a garland? And how do I go about buying some ribbon from your shop. I kept looking to buy but somehow it was complicated to just go the webside.

Hi! Thanks for this video. How will I know when the cranberries are ready? Are they supposed to be hard? It's been in the dehydrator for about 6 days. Thanks!

They are less hard, and more brittle and dry. You could always pull one out and cut it in half to make sure there is no moisture in them. I'd love to hear how they turn out for you!

We love adding them to our Winter Simmering Pot.🎄I had no idea it took that long.😅

It's crazy! But it just takes that long to get them dry. They are so beautiful in a simmering pot!

Mine are drying now... 10 hours so far, still just hot and juicy. 😂 I will keep going and have the neighbor babysit them on Monday (it's Saturday today) I'm committed now. But the other bag will get frozen, for jam making. 😊

And I think another we used for the granola was dried, salted pumpkin seeds from the health food store and 1 cup dried milk

This reminds me of a story with my girls when they were little. We had a small ring of fake cranberries on our table around a glass hurricane and candle. At some point, my youngest must have been playing with one and it wound up in her ear. My ex wife used to always say to her. “Cassie why aren’t you listening to me?” Went to the doctor in spring and they were like? Ummm somethings up with her ear. You need to go to the ER.. doc got it out and it was In there since thanksgiving .. lol she’s fine now but it was amusing after the fact.. I need to order my planners to help control this Chas I call life.. Thanks Cami..👍👍🙏🏼💐😊

Oh my goodness Mark! I'm sure in hindsight it is funny, but as a mother I would be mortified! Ha! You've made me want to go check all my kids ears . . . they don't listen to me too well. Haha!
