Looks good! I make a pumpkin cornbread which is great at Thanksgiving! Just add 1 cup of canned pumpkin to your recipe - it'll kick it up a notch!

I use bobs red mill! But you can always use a flax or chia egg, happy holidays!!

Thanks for the recipe. But I found that the recipe has way too much baking powder, resulting in the cake tasting bitter. Plus the amount of milk to add is not correct, i.e., you have written 1 1/2 cups, yet in brackets you have (120 mils).

Hi, thank you for bringing me the amount of milk being incorrect to my attention that was a typo on my part it should be 1.5 cups which is 360ml I’m assuming that is why it also felt like there was too much baking powder sorry about that!
