Hi gina, thanks for a great video. I have been detoxing with asparagus since I learned it's great for kidney health, prevents kidney stones and pulls toxins out of the body. My blood pressure is so much lower after a few months of eating asparagus regularly and I feel so great. I love what you did with boiling the asparagus and shocking it. Asparagus is so delicious. Be blessed.

Try using a white table wine like pinot noir or a riesling. Also use juice from a fresh lemon. The bottled lemon juice is reconstituted and it's taste doesn't hold a candle to fresh lemon. When cooking with wine, remember that if you can't drink it, don't cook with it. I tried this recipe with a pinot noir wine and juice from a fresh lemon. It was absolutely delicious. Keep those recipes coming our way, they are delicious. Thanks for sharing your recipes.:) '

It was years before I tried them again and it was cooked perfectly and have been enjoying them ever since. Another great video. Now instead of eating at a restaurant, I can cook it myself.
