Here's all the ingredients that you will need:
_ 1 and 1/2 cup water = [ 340ml. ] - 1tbsp out (room temperature water or lukewarm water)
_ 1tbsp. sugar
_ 3tsp. instant yeast = 7g
_ 2tbsp. melted unsalted butter
_ 1 large egg
_ 4 cups + 3tbsp. = 650g to 700g bread flour or all purpose flour
_ 1 and 1/2 tsp. salt

_ ម្សៅនំបុ័ង 4 កែវវ៉ាល់ + 3 ស្លាបព្រាបាយ = 650g ទៅ 700g ក្រាម
_ អំបិល 1ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ1/2 (1ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេកន្លះ)
*សំគាល់: រយះពេលដុតនំបុ័ងអាចខុសៗគ្នាទៅតាមចង្រា្កន ovens របស់បងប្អូននិមួយៗ ព្រោះថាកំដៅចង្រា្កន ovens និមួយៗមិនដូចគ្នាទេ។ ដូច្នេះហើយពេលដុតនំបុ័ងបងប្អូនត្រូវមើលវាអោយបានល្អលៃធ្វើយ៉ាងណាដុតនំបុ័ងរបស់យើងអោយបានឆ្អិនល្អទាំងសាច់នំបុ័ងខាងក្រៅនិងសាច់នំបុ័ងខាងក្នុងផងដែល។
*Note: Oven - Baking time may vary depending on your oven, so just keep an eye on it! Make sure to bake your breads until they’re fully cooked.

You are an expert on kneading dough. The dough is super soft and elastic, very fascinating to watch. Rising dough in the microwave with the light on is a great idea, I normally use the big oven with the same way. Very interesting way of folding and shaping the baguette, I've never seen it done that way before, I'll give it a try next time. I like how you slice the top, mine never looks this nice. You did an excellent job even with baking in a small oven. Usually for a crispy baguette crust, I put a pan of water on the floor of the oven to get the steam going. I also open the oven door a couple of times to spray some water while baking. This way it will steam bake the bread. The inside is soft and the outside is crispy, won't need to bake it again. But I have no idea if that would work with a toaster oven though haha. Excellent job, your bread is a perfect size for sandwiches and subs. I love it! Yes, as we know the dough will rise fast in a warm place, so I just leave it in the microwave with the light on I think it’s better than regular place, but it’s a good idea dear if you leave it in a big oven with the light on it would be even more better. Aww you always make everything look more beautiful and amazing my dear, I saw you have done a lot of amazing recipes with a beautiful fine touch dear!👍👌Yes, I agree with you dear when you bake it in the big oven it’s better, you can have space to put the water tray on the bottom rack to create the steam going. With this small oven it would be work too if you use bread baking tray I think, but I use this regular baking tray it doesn’t work well. Thanks so much dear for sharing with wonderful comments!
