Delicious, tasty, sticky Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam. Easy to make, use it on Burgers, as a spread, Baked Potatoes, so many uses.
It takes 15 minutes to prepare and 45 minutes to cook. Store it in an air tight container and it will keep upto 2 weeks in the fridge.
Ingredients
1LB 450g Bacon (Maple cured is delicious)
1 Large Onion finely chopped
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Minced Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup Bourbon
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Tsp Cheyenne Pepper
1/4 Tsp Dried Thyme
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
