※ ingredients [5cm .... 8ea]
300ml milk

5ml dark rum
beeswax ....
** Remove all ingredients to room temperature one hour before operation.
** Sift the powder, don't put it in the bowl, just fold it slightly.

** Preheat oven to 210 degrees.
1. Please put milk, butter and vanilla bean in the pot.
2. Put forceful powder, bundang and cacao powder on other balls.
(Mix lightly.)
3. Mix egg and yolk in another bowl.
4. Boil the ingredients in a pot
Turn off the heat and add the chocolate.
(Please mix smoothly.)
5. If you take a steam, please add rum.
6. When boiled milk cools down to 63-65 degrees ..
Mix two or three times in egg balls.
7. Make a groove in the center of the flour bowl and pour the dough 6 times and mix.
(At this time, mix it with a feeling of bringing the outer powder ingredients little by little in a circle.

If it is not smooth, sticking together in this part ..
Don't panic because you can filter it once.
8. Filter through sieve (replace vanilla bean skin as well)
9. Put the wrap and let cool for one day.
(The dough becomes calm and the scent goes well.)
10. Apply wax coating.
11. Use the spatula to loosen the texture for the past day,
Please sift again.
-(Pan in a container that is easy to follow.
Or beaker-shaped bowl with pointed sides
If it is a normal rectangular sealed container, it can be fully panned with a corner part.)
12. Pan over 90 percent at dawn.
(It doesn't swell much because of the fat in chocolate.)
13. Preheat 210 degrees .... 25 minutes at 200 degrees ,,,
Open the oven door and drop the heat
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
(Paper foil underneath !!!!
Otherwise ... it will be too hard to handle the fallen beeswax ~)
14. When the canoe is hot, remove it quickly.
15. Wipe the kitchen frame with kitchen towel when it is hot.
16. Cool it on the cooling net.
17. Because the canoe is so moist, the shelf life should be long in half a day.
The moisture inside makes the canoe which is crispy on the outside.
Please eat as soon as possible before the taste goes away.
*** Winter Pretreatment **
% (If you buy a new winter ...)
1. Wipe thoroughly with a damp towel.
2. Wipe dry or dry.
3. Apply melted butter with brush.
4. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
5. Clean with kitchen towel when hot.
*** If you don't do this pretreatment, you may have to throw away your first expensive mold.

8. Coat beeswax like video.

9. Turn it over and let it cool for a while.
