How to Make Delicious Ginger Juice in a Blender

Fast, fun and easy ginger juice - no juicer needed!.
This makes a great concentrated delicious ginger juice drink. Kind of like a ginger lemonade. You can drink it straight up or add to your favorite beverages. I add it to my daily drink of electrolytes and vitamin mix. Yum!!
Ginger root - about 2 - 3 inches - peeled
1/4 cup Maple Syrup - or sweetener of your choice
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cups of water.
