Sir, if u r reading this comment, then i want to say, i am a person who overthink a lot, get easily frastrated and sometimes ego makes me alone, when things happen to me that are unexpected or my expectation from one person doesn't fulfill, i go through this horrible thoughts and overthink, suffer from extreme anger. I want to say, from past few days, when things like this happen, i start watching ur videos, find a way to sort the wiggling thoughts capturing my mind, after i watched all the videos that will actually help me, it really do work to calm down my mind and i can smile again. Sonu Shaw yeah i am from kolkata as well, and i tell u keeping higer expectation from someone who doesn't even try to understand you, is just useless. At the same time, if u do something, frm the heart, for someone close to u, then better not to expect return. Let them take the effort to understand u as a better person. Let just not ask or beg for sympathy, understanding, returns, loyality, respect, if people are wise and mature enough and as better person as u are, then they will understand automatically.

Sir, At first i pay my gratitude to none other than a human being like you. If you will be reading this at any possible time then let me tell you that very recently I've started following you, after ive done a mistake in my life. I mean people when gets alone then only comes to god...for companion, for accepting his guilt, for telling those untold truth, for sharing that impure soul which he has just started realising once when he has been pointed out or proved wrong in the society. Well i didn't kill anyone, didnt hurt anyone, didnt made any loss to anyone. But ive done wrong thats what i know from myself. Irrespective of being pointed out by my superiors and colleagues. But after watching your vedios day by day, one after another ive started living a life. Since now i was just making a living. Ive now started realising how every moment of life is so inspiring, so amazing to learn about. Now ive started to become less materialistic, less bothered about what people think about me. Now ive started to think about my parents deeply, my wife and my only son that other than making a living for them how i can transform myself to help them leading a simple, thoughtful and positive life. Thank you sir. Right from the core of my heart. Dont know how ill be formally judged for that mistake of my life which has started to change me completely. Decision is awaited. But now i can achieve a better life that strength ive attained from you. Thank you again sir. Wish to meet you once or get in touch with you and your teachings. Want to say SORRY finally.
