They can technically use Pro elements with a free account. It's just that they will have to pay for each Pro element used when they go to download and will not be happy. Thank you for your kind words!

I'm trying to follow this. I come to download the file as a PNG and on my MAC it does not come up with the download file and when i try drag and drop it. It will say failed because doesn't support the file. Also, is the file when downloaded supposed to say .zip
