There's literally nothing stopping you from recreating the patch on Vital... Hell, a lot of this particular sound on the original soundtrack (as well as other MG productions) is from analog duophonic synths; something even 3xOsc beats.

​@@ShiverwarVital can do an overwhelming majority of the things Serum can do, and even some things it cant (mod signal remapping comes to mind). That being said, this particular sound is a really basic subtractive pluck, and as you can hear in the video most of its character is actually coming from the post processing.
