This is so perfect for Valentine’s Day! Also at first I was kind of nervous about trying a more advanced pattern like this, but you explained it really well and it was super helpful having you show every step and not go too fast through the instructions. Thank you!

I make a mess because of the forward or backward knot. For me they look exactly the same!!! Could you please do a short tutorial doing them slowly with the difference?

I was actually thinking of a quick tutorial for people who aren’t familiar with 4 knotting types and add that to every tutorial I make from now. Let me think of it and if I do I will let you know 😊
You skipped the most important part, which is the edge of the first heart.

I had to remove that part from the tutorial due to some technical errors, instead showed in the next screen the same alignment of the strings: meaning you can do exactly the same.

Do you use small macrame rope or embroidery thread?

For most of my creations I use embroidery threads and this one too. Apart from a few alpha patterns I often use polyester cotton blend embroidery threads which you can buy a big pack on amazon.com
