Have the Bradley smoke, was looking how to smoke an already cooked HAM Will definitely put a scrub between slices but rather than keep opening to baist I'll put a cover on such as Foil. Listen to my therms, low and slow with a buttery drip...(Bacon). Dig it!

I can't open my brand new bradley every 15 minutes! It'll take 2 hours to reach temp again!!!!
