Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing well, today we are making the most popular Trini street food, Doubles! This is one of the most delicious dishes from the island, with fried dough called bara and chickpeas between it and topped with sauces called 'chutney'. It's cheap to make and very filling while also being full of all sorts of flavours from the spices! Note, there is a little mistake in this video. My granddaughter accidentally said 'chopped powdered' instead of 'chopped seasoning pepper'!
