Bhai apako views kam milenge muze pata hai. Lekin please ye chanle band mat karo. Ye knowledge denevala koi nahi hai market mai. Software to sabhi sikhate hai lekin design engineering koi nahi batata. Aur is simple way se to koi bhi nahi. Hat's off....❤

Hi Kuldeep bhai, Please Don't worry. Channel band karne ka koi plan hai.. Ha views plus growth kam rehata hi hai, complete niche down KZbin channel pe. maine ye accept kar ke hi start kiya hai. aur abhi to hum logo ko bahut dur jana hai. abhi to matlab sahi se koi ak chij ke bhi pura deep me gaye bhi nahi hai. itna wide hai design field ki koi annt hi nahi hai. aur abhi kayi stage aane hai. hume sath mil ke bhi chije karne hai. Aise content market me nahi hai kyu ki is tarh ke videos banane me bhi kahi mehant lagta hai.. mainly visual ko sochana banana, fir kis tarh se present hona hai. kyuki design ko samjhna aap ko pata hi hai kitna muskil hai. techanical to hai hi upar se its like ki dusre ke dimag me ghusna ho jata hai. Plus hum ak word bhi galt nahi bol sakte.. sub kuch likhana padta hai. taki dekhne wale ko koi confusion na ho jaye. koi mislead na ho jaye, kyuki ye videos only educational nhi hai.. kafi applicable ho jata hai. New designers ise sidhe apne design me career me apply karne wala hai. to ye ak responsibility bhi ban jata hai. jis ke liye mujhe jante huye bhi.. kafi sare resource se ak hi chij ko verify krna padta hai. But thik hai.. issme mujhe personal growth mil raha hai. aur satisfaction hai ki main mere hi jese design engineers ko kisi na kisi tarh help kar pa rha hu connect ho pa raha hu. otherwise design engineers ak dusre se kabhi agree kiya hai 😂😂 thank you so much. for your appreciation. 😊😊

its nice video.. lots of learning.. I just suggesting that.. kindly make a video for checking Surface Roughness values exactly how its measure and different apart of GD&T and Tolerences.. Also different kinds of GD&T measuring techniques..
@mastermechanicaldesign Жыл бұрын
Great suggestion! Yes definitely. Noted, just for side note, for measurement of Surface roughness ppl use an electronics device called Surface roughness meter, Laser type of probe type.

Bro, for bearing we should give transition fit right? Why do you give loose fit g6,
@mastermechanicaldesign Жыл бұрын
Yes Right but this bearing block is with a lock nut, lock nut is enough to prevent slipping of shaft plus there is angular contact bearing in back to back arrangement which are already preloaded. So don't need to preload with an interface fit. Bearing preloaded adjustments video coming up

Dear sir, why should we draw the lead screw in 2d. Because we have select the standard one, like model:BTK 4010-5.3. then what is the need for draw the 2d, simply we can choose the standard and purchase. plz explain this sir.
@mastermechanicaldesign Жыл бұрын
Hi Rajesh, I am assuming you are asking why should we make ball screw end steps machining drawing. (Because this is not a drawing of ball screw, this is a ball screw end steps machining drawing) - Why not simply purchase a ready-made machined end ball screw. Yes, we can also buy machined end ball screw as per our application.. from manufacturers like Misumi, THK or Hiwin. But it will be expensive and will also take high delivery time. But again, you have to give them a rough sketch or you have to give them the dimensional values of each diameter and length of each step. So in my experience, it is always better to buy ball screws raw lengths and machine the ends yourself. As per application.
