18:47 u can actually stop the recording and hit CMD+Z to delete the overlapped part of it leaving just the initial track, or simply drag the original clip from right to the left which would set it to the beginning. And to be honest even if u overlapped it like several times abletone still would save the whole recording from the beginning till the end so you may just stretch the clip to the right to see the complete piece from the moment you hit record to the exact moment you stopped. Incredibly inspiring video tho! Just subbed You are genuinely a wellspring of creativity and imagination 🔥

Greetings from Wales my friend, I have a question and I am sure you must have answered that plenty of times lol but can I ask, If i were to buy your whole collection of sounds from your website, would I be able to use them for my projects on let's say youtube or vimeo? I do not plan on editing the audio but instead make my video and use your audio. Does it make sense? One example would be that let's say I make a rain video, record a video of my own but use your audio of rain sounds instead of using my own audio as I am not good at recording sounds. Would I be able to do it? Thank you in advance.

They sell "sensor" separately as an spare part (and looks like yours). But made for conect to their kit. I will write to them explain what i want. Send this video as reference. May be i need someones help but Soon I will solve this !😍 And I note that are many like this made for diferent pourposes because many people learned to read the waves to solve problems. Just found out about you through some of your free sound packs that you posted on Reddit and was amazed by how generous you were with most of them being free and all of them being only 20$ So I checked out your site and found this video and your joy and excitement in it made me an instant fan! I love what you're doing with this stuff please keep it up! I'm also new to Ableton but I've been producing music on other software for years. To make a different type of drone maybe more sci-fi or intense sounding, try creating one of those sweeping dark drones and throwing it through some distortion! Camel Crusher is a super powerful free one but also Amp in Ableton is amazing! Good Luck!
@FreeToUseSounds4 жыл бұрын
Hi Adel! Ah thank you so much for your comment and I love supporting the Reddit community. So nice you found me here. Yes Ableton is amazing and I'm learning more every single day. I have the LOM Priezor to record electromagnetic fields and play around with this. But yesterday I went to a friend who works in a music studio. Well he showed me the world of analog synth. Holy Moly. I'm trying to figure out how I could get a small Synth modular like a Korg Volca to run direct into Ableton and using my Recorder as an interface. Maybe you have some insights?
@adel47354 жыл бұрын
Free To Use Sounds you know, something like n this may be possible if your recorder has some kind of USB output - I’m not too familiar with recording using portable recorders, I usually record into my interface at home :) if it dosent I’m not sure how you could record it live into ableton (no pun intended haha) without an interface... also I can’t wait to see what you do with that preizor! I saw another KZbinrs video using an electromagnetic field recorder and was super captivated! Unfortunately haven’t had the chance to try it out myself yet but I’ll definitely keep my eye out for your stuff with it!!!

Awesome video! I'd love to see more of these demonstrations on how to creatively work with field recordings. :) btw. you can try to put OTT on foley recordings. OTT is an ableton preset for the multiband dynamics effect and kind of a cliche by now, but OTT can extract microsounds and character from sounds. I tried it on the geofon sounds and discovered a whole other soundscape in between the hits. also try the amp effect, which can give some sounds an interesting edge (adjust the dry/wet to taste) another thing you can try is to load tonal sound snippets into ableton wavetable for some interesting wavetables.
