She may have printed words out separatly and tapes them together later but you can get bigger sized prints too! From banner printing shops maybe ! Ask your local print shop if they have bigger paper or if theh know where to get bigger prints

Copy ur image in MS word. Then export it into pdf ( you will find this option in menu bar). Open the pdf. Now click on print. There u will find poster option in size. Select that. Change the size ratio and gi e printout command
