The only required buildings are.. 1. Lunarfall Inn (Rank 3 Manditory) - For missions and recruiting. 2. Trading Post (Rank 3 Optional) - For obtaining sellable goods and sellable/tradeable AH parts. 3. Barracks (Optional) - For 5 extra follower spots. Let me know if that satisfies your question.

If you focus on the xp mission, you can have them at the max level within a few days. The max quality will take a bit longer. I haven't measured the time but it wont take too long.

It's a little RNG, I cant give you a specific figure because I have never tracked the data in a controlled enough manner to realistically have an accurate answer. That being said, in a 30 day window, from Sept to Oct, my TSM said I made over 75k from the sales of WoD reagents, and items from the mission table. I also, skip days when I don't have time, or I don't feel like doing it.

on my servers most of the buyables are cheap around 1.5g. NOW the medallion of the legion and some of the other items make more. more of an alt-army thing than anything else

If they are active, there are low level quests for them. Mission plan can help you get them levelled up with probability of success
