I have been searching for a tutorial of how to make stickers with an easy-peel tab for close to 3 days and every tutorial I have watched (until yours) has left me more confused and frustrated than I was before watching it. Hello im knew to this i have followed the video and i must have missed something out as its wanting to cut on differemt mats and i dont habe the attach at the top right side like you do i just habe my png and 3 flatten layers thank you

Hello, thank you for posting this. It is helpful but I feel like I followed all the directions but something is not going right for me. I clicked on stencil vinyl and it didn’t cut all the way through? What settings and pressure do you have yours set for? The tab isn’t also getting kiss cut as well?

Did you duplicate the die cut 3 times? I would have to check the actual numbers for the setting, I use Cricut's default settings. You can always click more pressure, if default doesn't work for you.

You need 3 copies so that it cuts completely through the sticker and the backing. If this wasn't done, the entire thing would be a kiss cut.

​@dalianaferrero9110 you can try with one offset. I usually do this in Silhouette because it's easier, but was asked to share how it could be done in Cricut and this is what worked for me.

Hi, I tried this twice and it just kiss cut the whole thing both times. I used stencil vinyl and had the 3 die cuts. I have a Cricut maker 3. Can you give me any advice please?

Change the material type to what works best for your material. Stencil vinyl works for me because I have a older blade. Try the sticker paper material setting with more pressure.

Great video. I followed along with you on making stickers but when it came to cutting my cricut cut all the way across and it separated the tab. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Make sure you welded the tab with the offset (5:26). The offset is 3 copies, the actual sticker should only be one copy at the top. If you did all of that correctly, you would need to change your material type to something that works with the material you are using for a kiss cut. The material type I selected works with glossy printable sticker vinyl sheets.

On the lipstick you welded then put text and on the second one you welded after you put text. I found when I welded with the text , the text disappeared.

The welded shape moved to the top, hiding the text layer. Simply move welded shape layer to bottom and you'll see the text.

What isnt explained in the video is how is the kiss cut performed and then the entire sticker gets cut in one operation?

the kiss cut is cut once, so only the sticker is cut and not the backing. The die cut was duplicated 3 times in the tutorial, so the 3 passes cuts through the sticker and the backing. Everything is attached so it's one operation.
