1. remember or revise those things ,which you had done a day before . 2. remember or revise these things specially at your prime time ( first 2 to 3 hours of a day). 3. at last take minimun 5 to 6 hours sleep( in night time ) which will also maintains your health , Because ultimately your health will decide you work effeciency.... I HOPE IT WILL HELP , i know everyone will just read it as others comment ... but believe me if you will dedicately try this once , this will change your prespective of study AND if you will maintain the constitency ,, NO ONE CAN STOP YOU FROM SUCCEDING ..... all the best ...
