Hi sis.. When you melt 100gm dark Compund and 25gm butter .. it becomes liquid… And final batter also looks good consistency to pour.. But if I melt dark Compound and butter .. it’s not tat much liquid… And final batter also not in your consistency

I think it's because of over mixing. Also depends on the quality of maida, sugar. You can add little milk and make it thinner.
