5. Locust beans - 2 tbsp
6. Dry bitter leaf - 1 1/2 cups
7. Dry fish
8. Salt (to taste)
9. Seasoning cube
10. Mackerel fish - 1 medium size
11. Frozen stock fish - 2 medium size
12. Frozen leafy spinach - 250 grams
13. Fresh tomato - 400grams
