I don't know how to thank you, I feel so proud of myself right now, I'm 42 years old man and I have never cooked soup since I was born, I asked my wife to coup Egusi for me this morning and she was grumbling and left the house for her brother's birthday party, I was so paranoid and hungry, then I was lying on the couch and something pop up on my mind and decided to check if I can see a video of how to make Egusi soup on my phone, damn, I came across your video then I went to the market Asap, I purchase those items you listed and I came back home and I was watching your video step by step, to my amazement, my wife has never been able to cook the type you just thought me, the appearance alone looks like the Egusi soup on coca-cola advert, my wife was shocked when she tested it, I feel so proud right now that I can boldly say that I know how to cook Egusi soup. Thank you for this detailed tutorial. I used to think that it was impossible to finish cooking without burning. And I used to think my mother was telling me the impossible. But lo and have hold, I grew up and paid attention to what she said. My mother said if you don't leave your cooking unattended it shouldn't burn. The second point is if the heat is too high, adjust it by reducing it. And behold, your food doesn't burn. It is possible to cook without burning.

Good recipe, rich egusi soup, but you should have used bigger pot, and you did not wash your crayfish before blinding it. Most cray fisn carry sand. You.are a good cook.
