8.5" × 15" fabric 5.5" wire (for nose) 6" elastic x2 (some use 7") 1/2 " width elastic works well or buy one inch width and cut down middle.

Thankyou, going to try this, not only provides pocket for filter (use coffee filters, vacuum paper bags) AND the wire over your nose. The wire is very useful, especially if u wear glasses to avoid fogging them up as you breathe. (Retired RN)
