I went to a hair restoration place and bought pills from them. They are called Hair Fact. I am gonna try Nutrafol. My niece uses it and it works. What is Bio identical hormones?

@@LauraJeansWreathRoom ohhhh Laura!!! They are plant based hormones. The ones that ARE NOT SYNTHETIC. If you want I can send you a link to a video that tells why they are sooo important from an OBGYN that specializes in women’s hormones. I am NOT 🥰selling or affiliated in any way. I just had to have a total hysterectomy at 35, now I’m 54, but I didn’t know about bio identical hormones and truly thought I was going to lose my mind or die from a hot flash 😩🤣Seriously though. I just would not want another woman to go through what I did. Lack of hormones can definitely cause hair loss. I’m not sure if you are even close to menopause, I doubt it, but just know that this could be an option if that was possibly what causing hot flashes. Before I started I was about a year without them and I promise my skin looked like I had aged 10 years because I had ZERO HORMONES. I apologize if TMI!
