 Who doesn’t love cheese. And cheddar cheese is one of the best ones out there. Unlike a traditional cheddar cheese, farmhouse cheddar can have a slightly shorter aging time, but still have that wonderful cheddar flavor. Traditional Cheddar when are aged properly can be aged for several months to a year or more. Farmhouse cheddar can be ready in just a couple of months.
